Habit

Our current habits greatly affect our attitude in the future. Good habits, such as regular exercise, always make plans in advance, and respect for others, can lead us to a better direction. However, bad habits, such as negative thinking, feeling insecure, and blaming others, of course, brings us to a worse direction. In the beginning, we are forming habits, over time, we would formed by a habit. When we used to train the habits and firmly against him, then we would easily go in the future. Conversely, if we are too relaxed in the habit, then he would destroy us.
